Ginger coffee

Ingredients: (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons cream
Preparation:
Mix the coffee with the ginger and prepare a short coffee. Add honey to the cups. Pour the coffee over the honey and decorate with cream.














                                 

Honey coffee

Ingredients: (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • Honey
Preparation:
Prepare 1 cup of regular coffee Place 2 teaspoons honey and half a stick cinnamon in each glass. Pour the very hot coffee into the glasses.






Cinnamon coffee

Ingredients: (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
Preparation:
Prepare an espresso coffee. Add one pinch cinnamon. Serve with half a stick cinnamon in each cup.








Coffee with orange

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups strong hot coffee
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • Orange rind
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Prepare the coffee. Peel the orange and allow the rind to seep in the coffee until completely cold. Strain and mix with the orange juice, the sugar, and the cream. Serve on ice and add cinnamon. Decorate with orange.





Ice coffee

Prepare strong coffee and allow it to cool in the refrigerator. When well chilled, mix in blender with chopped ice and sugar to taste. Serve immediately.













Indian coffee

Ingredients: (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 4 tablespoons molasses
  • 4 tablespoons rum
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk
Preparation:
Prepare a long coffee and sweeten it with molasses. Pour in the rum. Mix the cornstarch with the coconut milk and cook until thickened. Pour the cream equally into four cups and the hot coffee over it.






Iced coffee with cinnamon

Ingredients:
  • 2 ½ cups extra strong, hot coffee
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Ice
Preparation:
Add the cloves and cinnamon to the coffee. Cover and set aside for one hour. Discard the cloves and the cinnamon sticks, add sugar, and stir well. Place ice in the glasses and serve the coffee over it.






Hot moka coffee

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons coffee cream liqueur
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • Drops of chocolate for decoration
  • Sugar to taste
Preparation:
Stir the cocoa and the sugar into the hot coffee and add the coffee liqueur. Decorate with cream and drops of chocolate.





Home-style cappuccino
Ingredients:
  • 7 cups strong, hot coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 9 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until frothy. Serve immediately. Decorate with powdered cinnamon.








Coffee punch

Ingredients: (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 2 cinnamon sprigs
  • 1 Rind of one orange
  • 4 small glasses rum
Preparation:
Prepare 4 short coffees. Pour into an earthenware pot and place over low heat. Add the cinnamon and the orange peel. Heat the rum and pour it over the coffee. Flambé.


Coffee with cardamom
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups strong hot coffee
  • Seeds from 3 cardamom pods
  • 4 tablespoons rum
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
Preparation:
Warm the rum with the cardamom and the sugar. Add the hot coffee and serve.
